Liquid Jet Liquid Pumps are jet pumps which lift / entrain liquid by means of a motive liquid jet, mix the motive and suction streams and convey the mixed stream.
Principal operating areas:
- conveying and mixing liquids
- dilution of acids or lyes to produce specified outlet concentrations
Liquid Jet Liquid Pumps are available in the following standard materials: cast iron, rubber-lined cast iron, stainless steel, pvc, polypropylene, armoured porcelain,
and in standard sizes from DN20 to DN100 (metal construction), DN15 to DN80 (plastic construction), plus 4 armoured porcelain size options.
The ion exchangers at times must be regenerated with acid (cation exchanger) or caustic (anion exchanger). The water jet liquid pumps lift the concentrated acid or caustic, and conveys it into the exchangers at the respective specified discharge concentrations.
