Liquid Jet Gas Compressors are jet pumps for the conveyance and compression of gases, whilst simultaneously mixing with the liquid motive stream. Their operation is based on the liquid jet emerging from the motive nozzle being expanded and dispersed into single droplets, which then hit and entrain the surrounding gases, and compressing them to a higher pressure.

Major operating areas

  • Injection of chlorine or ozone into drinking and swimming pool waters
  • Aerating liquids
  • as jet mixers in loop reactors
  • polishing drinking water

Liquid Jet Gas Compressors are available in standard materials: cast iron, rubber lined cast iron, stainless steel, pvc and in 10 standard sizes, from DN20 to DN150
